Today we talk about stretch marks.
The question of the day: How do we get rid of stretch marks?
Stretch marks are linear lesions occur most often in sensitive areas of the skin: thighs, hips, abdomen and breasts. Those are not a medical problem and to prevent their appearance we must hydrate our skin. White stretch marks are already healed, but can be enhanced by using natural treatments.
5 natural remedies for stretch marks
Whether you chose them after a weight fluctuation or you have recently become a mother (in which case I would like to congratulate you), I recommend a few simple and fast methods to blur them or even eliminate them.
- Lemon juice
Use lemon juice (made by squeezing a lemon) in massaging the affected areas. Use circular movements.
- Aloe vera
This helps the skin to become elastic again. Make an effective cream (by yourself) that contains: aloe vera, oil from 10 capsules of vitamin E and oil from 5 capsules of vitamin A. Use this cream in affected areas, massaging gently and circular. Leave the cream on the skin for 10 minutes. You can also use simple aloe vera gel.
- Olive oil
It has visible effects in only few weeks of treatment. Massage daily your skin with this oil on your affected areas and you’ll be pleased with the results. Simple and effective.
Slice a potato and apply on the affected areas for 20 minutes. Repeat the process daily.
- Cocoa butter
It is an old and effective remedy that helps to prevent stretch marks and also treat them. Cocoa butter should be applied twice a day on the affected areas and after about two months you will notice the result.
